By using Tune Back Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.

Products and condition: Tune Back Store specializes in physical media and collectible products, including vintage and pre-owned items. Unless a listing states otherwise, customers should expect that older products may show reasonable age or storage wear. Product photographs and descriptions are part of the listing and should be reviewed before purchase.

Availability: Much of our inventory is one-off or limited quantity. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

Pricing and payment: Store prices are displayed in the applicable checkout currency, normally INR for India. Payment must be completed through an available checkout payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

Orders: We may cancel or review an order where there is an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, an unavailable item, or a shipping restriction. Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled item, an appropriate refund will be processed.

Intellectual property: Product names, album titles, artist names, film titles and trademarks may belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify genuine physical products offered for resale. Tune Back Store does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or artwork.

Site use: You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or security systems, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tune Back Store is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
