Returns, Refunds & Vintage Item Condition

Many products sold by Tune Back Store are vintage, pre-owned, collectible, discontinued or limited-quantity physical media. Age-related marks, case wear, label variation and other minor signs of previous storage or use may be present. Please review the product title, description and photographs carefully before ordering, as the photographs form an important part of the item description.

Eligible issues: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive the wrong item, the item is materially different from its listing, or it arrives with material transit damage that was not disclosed. Include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue and packaging.

Sealed products: A sealed collectible that has been opened by the customer generally cannot be returned merely for change of mind. This does not affect remedies available where the product is faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed.

Compatibility and vintage media: Customers should ensure they have suitable playback equipment. Normal characteristics of older analogue media, minor cosmetic wear disclosed or visible in the listing, personal preference, or incompatibility with the buyer's equipment are generally not grounds for return unless required by applicable law.

Approved returns: Items must be returned in the same condition received, with the same included packaging and accessories. Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the refund outcome. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the return results from our error, material misdescription or qualifying transit damage.

Do not send a return without contacting us first so that we can provide instructions.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection law or other mandatory law.
