Shipping & Delivery

Tune Back Store sells physical media and collectible items. Orders are packed carefully to help protect cassette cases, discs, records and other vintage products during transit.

Dispatch: Ready-stock orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During unusually busy periods or for special items, dispatch may take longer.

Delivery: Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout. For most Indian addresses, delivery is typically expected within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking: Tracking details are provided when available from the shipping partner. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, customs, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Please provide a complete shipping address, PIN/postal code and reachable contact details. Customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

International orders: Where international delivery is available at checkout, import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Transit damage: If an order arrives materially damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and damaged item so we can review the issue.
